Clear Lenses??

Just wondering if anyone has made them, or what the laws are about them. I was thinking of making all the lenses I have clear....

Also just curious if anyone knows why this is happening.... I start the car, and after running it for like 10 minutes the Stock Exhaust header is glowing massivly orange.

Well i'm making rear lenses myself, .... I could technically do the side and front lenses myself, but i'd rather not. So yes, i'm looking on a way to either make or buy side and front turn lenses that are clear.
