clacking / knocking noise

clacking / knocking noise

Ok i get the car running fine and all of a sudden at 2500 rpm it makes a constant claking noise towards the back of the motor i cant figure out what the sound is i researched and no answers please help

i drained the oil in the car too see if i had any metal in it thinking its a spun stationary gear but to my surprise no metal not a flake, however gas was in the oil almost to a water point i changed the oil not even a week ago drove the car approximately 50 mi

i just put all new oil into the car and the noise continues, i am thinking it may have to do with the flywheel not being torqued down properly or a loose bolt, the noise is coming form between the motor and bell-housing at 2500 rpm you here "clack clack clack...." it dose not sound like its a diesel, it sounds like a valve tap on a Honda but a little louder,
