Cigarette Lighter Troubles

Hey all, I replaced my center console facia a while ago and ever since then my cigarette lighter has not worked. Finally got around to getting a soldering iron to fix it and the wiring got me a little confused. I know where all except one wires connects too. On the back of the lighter there is a small joint that sticks straight out and that was the connection that had nothing connected to it. I’m wondering if the joint I’m holding in my hand connects to that or if not, what connects there?

EDIT: Did some reading and it appears the blue and yellow wire located in the bottom right of the picture connects to that joint. Can anyone confirm?

I can't confirm the color right now, I'm away from my stuff.

But I can warn you that you shouldn't connect either until you know for sure...there is a connector (which is used in automatics but hanging loose intentionally on manuals) that will fit but will burn out the dash dimmer adjustment.

So don't connect/power up until you know for sure.

Appreciate it, wasn’t planning on hooking anything up till I knew for sure.
