chirping noise when accelerating

Not too sure what is going on here,

My car seems to be a bit slugish, it takes a while to get up to a good speed from a stop point, the main problem im having is when i press the accelerator down too far, i hear a chirping noise in the engine

The noise doesnt happen unless i have the pedal too far down, its almost like if i go past a certain stop it is trying too hard, mainly happens in 2nd and 3rd gear

the rats nest and ac are both of of this engine, and its just not pushing out much power at all..

anyt comments help, i want to find this problem and fix it before i blow another engine

are you sure the noise is coming from the engine and it is not a belt slipping?

Have you had this problem ever since the removal of the rat's nest, or did it start sometime after. I'm wondering if your block-off plates are installed correctly. The only other suggestion I might make would be to check your timing. Good luck.
