CF 1st gen ideas

So I've been thinking that I plan on purchasing a carbon hood from Rotary Shack with next years tax refund ( a little ways off I know, but $800 shipped is a big chunk of change to let go of all at once without my girlfriend noticing...). The hood looks great, but it's missing some accents to make it fit the design of the rest of the car.

Someone may already produce these parts in carbon so let me know if they do.

- Windshield trim (the parts that are always flaking and turning silver)
- Cowl vents (Would make a CF hood on a 1st gen look so much better in my opinion, continues the flow of the contrast between your body color and the carbon)
- The little license plate light domes on the rear for a 79-80.
- Door handles.
- Mirrors (I only have one mirror so I should get a discount right? lol)

Well FG doesn't have the look of CF. That's why I want it.

Aeroworks makes a small ducktail and center console panel for the first gens but their console panel is for the older style, not sure exactly which it came in but not the style you'd find in the GSL-SE.

Anything made properly in C/F isn't cheap.
I make the wiper/cowel vent panel in C/F if you're interested

What does shipping from you cost though? There are lots of nice overseas parts, but I'm scared of the shipping quote being higher than the cost of the item.

It depends on shipping method buy generally postage is fairly reasonable from Australia (usually costs less to send the same thing from Aus than it does to send to Aus)
Can send a cowel panel for under $30AUD + packaging if you can wait for sea mail.

I'd been looking at that spoiler for a long time -- I finally ordered one last week. Looking forward to putting it on the car. You can't beat the price.

What is the price on the cowel vent, and is it dry or wet?

I'll probably get that carbon hood from Rotary Shack and the cowl vent in February when i get my tax refund. That's the best way to spend a grand!
