carby tune up specifications
hi my name is murry i have been looking for carby tune up specifications but cant find them any were i mean like i want to know how many turns on the idle screw and how many turns on the mixture screws things like that its for a rx7 series 3 84 model 12a bridge port
Ask the former owner or post a pic. There are atleast 3 different 48 mm Webers types that fit a rotary, sidedraft, downdraft and w/o a choke/starter circuit.

Read and study the links trochoid posted above. There is a LOT of information in those articles; it will take quite awhile to absorb it all.
There is no one setting of XXX turns of the screw to tune any Weber carb, especially on ported racing engines. Some people do not know how to tune carbs, but they are mechanically inclined enough that they can eventually learn. Some people never can learn, and those people can screw up something as simple as setting the idle mixture screws. Those people are better off sticking to driving, and paying someone else to tune their car. Study, and then carefully try things, and then study some more.
