Airflow is my life
Check the fuel levels in the float bowls. Theres windows on both ends of the carb. They are probably dirty. Clean them and check it. The rear one is hard to see. I use a mirror. It should be halfway up the window.

If the needles are sticking, you might be able to get them loose by tapping on the top of the carb with the handle of a screwdriver or something similar. Otherwise, time to rebuild, which might be the best thing anyway. I assume that you are using a stock fuel pump???

All i would do is order a gasket kit...it pretty simple to do it your self cuz not everything has to be relplaced...All you have to do it pull the top half of the carb off and replace the floats and needles...i know alot of the time the needles will go...and when you get the gasket kit it comes with everything except the floats but with the floats all you really have to do is readjust them to the factory height and make sure they are LEVEL...cuz if tilted a little bit the carb will flood out like crazy...and such as the bottom have all you really have to do is clean everything out really good...you dont even have take the hole carb off to do this...but its not a bad idea...well hope this helps...anyother questions just PM me...
