The best bang for your buck is a Sterling carb. He uses a stock Nikki carb, then bores it out for better flow and more power, and installs some Holley parts for easier tuning and better availability. You end up with a fantastic looking carb that is actually designed for a rotary engine. I have been very happy with mine, and they cost a fraction of a Holley or Italian setup.
