Exclamation carbon fiber interior piece on ebay

For us lucky SE owners or 84-85 non SE's there is a guy online that will lay carbon fiber and a gloss coat on our radio and shifter surround. You have to send him the actual bezel, ashtray, and shifter bezel and he will send it back with carbon fiber laid on top of it. I would do it but I dont want to have a hole in my dash for a couple of days. The bidding is how much the process costs I guess. You pay shipping both ways......

although the looks awesome I wouldnt want to send my dash that far to someone to perform work on it. And think about it, if you had a broken dash and no one was selling any what could you do to get a new one? Start and Ebay auction saying you will add carbon fibre to the dash pieces thats what... Like I said though looks sweet!

Hey, that's EXACTLY what I had done to my dash - except it was done here locally almost 3 years ago.

I'd like it better if the weaves lined up. They seem to go in different directions on each piece.

If he would offer to accent some of the other stuff Id go for it. Like the door pulls, dash bezel, etc.
