Question Pic Request: Stock Carb

Hey folks. Today, while changing out my oil metering lines amongst other things, I was looking at my carb(which I don't know much about). I know that the secondaries are vaccum operated unless you converted to mechanical. But I'm not aware if mine are or not......When my car is off, shouldn't the flap be horizontal? I guess I'm really wanting to see an overhead pic of an 85 carb, just to see if anything looks different. I searched the site, but all I found were a bunch of photos point out the a/f screw, lol......Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Yes, look past the rectangular choke with a flashlight and see if the 2 small butterflies open all the way 90* with the throttle at WOT.
