This is not an easy task!!! I can see why no one has done this. It takes a ton of time and money and I only have a hand full of people interested. Dont get me wrong, I am doing this!!! Here is the story:

I have stock fiberglass hoods ready

I built my first carbon stock hood, hand layed, had some air bubbles.

I purchased a vacuum bagging maching to vacuum form these things but I am going to learn on the fiberglass ones first...I dont want to waste the carbon!!!!

I will let everyone know once this is perfected.

I should have the fiberglass headlight lids done by the end of next week......the carbon ones will follow soon behind for they wont be that hard to make.

After these are done, the vented/louvered units will follow. I think the only vent on the hood I am going to do is the TII scoup. I am just having too many problems with clearances on the vent concept. I am also going to work on pulling a mold off of the back of the factory hood and laminating that to the back of the hoods.....this will make it much more rigid and factory looking. Also working on the factory latch working.

I am in the process of also building a vacuum forming machine and start making pillar gauge pods for our cars. Someone here used another year RX pod and made it work.....anyone remember who???? picture????

2nd Gen Autometer Gauge pod is almost the same.

A Little heat gun action is all it took. If you need more pictures, let me know and I'll take some for you.

By the way, I am still interested in the vented hood and the front vented valence. I already ordered the rest of the goodies from Mariah.

Nothing Special. AutoTechnica pedal pads. They were like 22 bucks from JCWhitney.

Models available here

They are on the car, but I only drove with them for a couple of days before I removed the stock engine. In those two days, it felt a little wierd, and sometimes I would press the brake while trying to press the accelerator (They are designed for Heel and Toe Driving).

I don't know if I like them yet. When I have her up and running, I will probably adjust them further away from the accelerator and see. If I still don't like 'em, I'll toss em.

I have the same pedals of my FB. I love them!! Paiud like $25-$35. Awsome for Heel toe driving. they do take a little getting used to, especially if you have size 13 feet like mine.
