Why not just go with a kaaz? They are proven to work really, and are quite strong. Been running mine really hard for 3yrs hammer fist style

how much did you Kaaz run? I'm looking to pull a SE from a local junk yard next week but if it turns out bad I will be getting a Kaaz.

Anybody have a preference? I know of a few LSDs for FBs:

1. OEM LSD -- friction plate
2. Kaaz -- friction plate
3. OEM Miata -- Torsen
4. Guru Racing -- Torsen

I've heard a lot of positive feedback on the Kaaz on all the forums, but it's hard to really know unless you can drive them back to back in the same car. BTW -- Kaaz recommends using their gear oil and changing it frequently. Don't know if this is necessary or if it's a revenue scheme.
