Carb stripping?

So I have a project 83 GSL, and whoever did any mechanical work before me seems to be as smart as the squirrels that lived in it previously. My carb was (partially) emissions stripped, but I don’t know enough about these to know where to start/continue with the stripping... is there anyone on here that has any resources to help me, or that will build mine for me?

*Note - this guy uses JB Weld liberally, which is gross. I made block-off plates everywhere he chose to goop it up, so my mods are totally reversible. Also companies like Atkins, Pineapple, RB and Mazdatrix sell many/most blockoff plates so you don't have to cut and grind them yourself. They're worth the low prices, compared to hours spent grinding metal into your eyes.
