carb specs

Can anyone recommend a carb jetting for a dellorto dhla and a 44 mikuni for a stock 12-A. have both carbs and undecided on which one to use for my RX-3 with stock 83 12-A.

also, since were on this topic, i also need same info for an 86 13-b 6port streetport engine.

venturi:
air jet
main jet
etc
etc
etc

These are the recommended specs for the Mikuni on stock 12A with headers and exhaust.

venturi - 39mm
main fuel jet - #200
air jet - #240
idle jet - #62.5
acell. pump - #90

Theres no reason to deviate from what revhead said. Only if you go to a different fuel. I have used Alkcohal 85% Gas15% or(E-85) with much larger fuel jets, pilot jets, accerator pump nozzles.

Pro's: more power(10-15%)
Con's: worse MPG, generally 60-70% of gas no mater how you drive.

Two more questions:
There are 2 little tubes coming out from the back of the mikuni. Do I need to plug it up?

oil metering lines:
I will need to tap an inlet on the intake manifold; otherwise, if its done differently, please let me know.

Thanks again. It’s a new ball game for me. Last time I worked on a mikuni was over 10 years ago.
