Bought a 82 128k with overflowing carb put a friends dellorto on it ran great. Took the top of carb off to replace the stuck needles and make sure jets were clean. Did not mess with anything else put carb on last night no more overflowing but wants to idle at 2200. If you rev it to about 4 real quick will drop to 1100 until you get back on the gas. The entire time sounding like a air tunnel kind of like an old abused u-haul with less power.



Took carb hat off and she is pulling in massive air if I put my finger over a hole it calms down. I checked linkage looked for vacuum leaks just weird that if you blip it it comes down. I hate carbs and have a tII swap ready to go in just need to smog it since it has all emissions. I did not mess with any adjustment screws yet because thats where it seems to go down hill for me. Any help would be appreciated I have not had a carb'd rx7 since my first one in 94
