carb inlet no flow?

Hey guys I have just reconnected my fuel lines and stuff after doing a gas tank repair. The issue is that gas won't flow into the carb from the inlet. The fuel line pumps out gas like crazy if you disconnect it so that's not an issue, however when it is connected to the carb it doesn't flow. The car will also start if I pour gas into the carb. Its the stock nikki carb and the only recent change is that I removed the air pump during an install of the racingbeat header. I made sure to use the block off plates the exhaust came with and everything! The car is a 1985 RX7 GSL.
Thanks for the help guys!

the hoses are on correctly... I had it running with this configuration 1 month ago which makes me think that a blockage has occurred somehow? but I am running 2 fuel filters so that seems unlikely. Ill post a pic of it in a sec

Sounds like a blockage in pipes or stuck floats

Alright thanks. I'll take the can off and give it a full cleaning!
