Its not a tag. Its stenciled on the side of the main body float bowl, I forget which side so youll have to look at all 4 sides. Its probably gonna be hard to see as it wasnt stenciled very dark. Anywho, you shouldnt need that # anyway as theres really only one kit for all models AFAIK.

A woman rebuilding her own carb? I think Im in love (see sig). Welcome to the mayhem, I mean the forum!

My parts store guy said the same thing, I just slapped down the cash for the kit and he quieted down, however.

Good luck with the carb, it's not a hard job, just don't get any of the jets mixed up. That can hinder your progress some. Do a search on my user name and carbs and you'll see how.

Yeah.. same here. They asked for a part number and I said "There *is* no number, it's a stock Nikki from an '84 Mazda Rx7, and the same kit covers any carbureted Rx7s".

And he looked in the books, and I was right! :P

Jon

edit: not only is she perfect, she's Canadian too lol. Yes, it was the buggers at Canadian Tire that asked for a part number...
