carb help, need to decide

ok heres the deal, im been talking (well discusting) with a few friend of mine of PR about what holley carb to use, my engine is a sp 87 turbo II with still stock turbo. my thing is i want a holley 700 or 750 because i heard that 600 is kinda small for turbo setup plus in a near future im planning to get a to4e turbo. my friends keep telling me that no get a 600, 750 it could be too much, but they dont know that the problem they know about rotary but they have never deal with turbo rotary before. why holley, because i dont want a weber and is more drivible that the weber. i want your opinions thanks
