Some big warnings here about using some of the components in aftermarket kits.
The '79 OE _GASKET_ set is PN: 8341-23-510.
No metal bits tho like jets. Don't know if it includes the Diaphrams either....

Other important note: the stiff rubber "gaskets" on either side of the phenolic (plastic) spacer under the carb are not supposed to be replaced - - they are an integral part of the spacer, glued in place, and you'll risk endless vacuum leak fun if you decide to remove them and replace them with the right-looking fiber gaskets that come in most carb kits.

Unless they are actually damaged, you simply re-use them.
