Carb Gaskets

Other important note: the stiff rubber "gaskets" on either side of the phenolic (plastic) spacer under the carb are not supposed to be replaced - - they are an integral part of the spacer, glued in place, and you'll risk endless vacuum leak fun if you decide to remove them and replace them with the right-looking fiber gaskets that come in most carb kits.
Unless they are actually damaged, you simply re-use them.
