ok thats helps a lil.......check to see if gas is coming out the carb, also you will want to change the fule filters..put a little oil or atf down the carb unhook the coil wires and turn the motor over a few times wate a few min hook the coil wires back up and start it up..its going to smoke alot and you are probley going to need a strong batt or another car jummpin the batt i know i did mine didint want to start and it only sat a few months they dont like the cold either good luck

If you have spark and fuel, pull start it. Make sure you use a long tow rope and the brakes can stop the car. I assume no liability for any incidents you may have.

lol and dont get gas happy when the car starts
i would save this way for the last try... the oil or atf and a good batt should do the trick

rotary motors do not like cold weather at all and a carbie rotary HATES cold weather they are just alot harder to start....im really not sure what it is about it but i konw some ppl that cars wont start in cold weather if they dont start them once aday if they let is sit for a week its a pain in the ***.......and the ATF trick works very very well there are alot of post about it tho some ppl dont like it caz of the lack of lubrication and its ruff on the the rubber seals...but it does a very good job of eating off the carbon build up and any oil or anything else that is on the apex seals...when you let a motor sit for a long time the seals sick for the gas dryin and leaing oil in its place....atf has been used for a long time pistin guys use it for sticky valves

S is the base model, GS has a few more options, with the GSL you get a sunroof, lsd and 4 wheel disc brakes. The GSL does not have power everything, those are options. The SE has the FI 13b.

S-Sport
GS-Grand Sport
GSL-Grand Sport Luxury
GSL-SE-Grand Sport Luxury Special Edition.

Couldn't get my '85 to start and got some good advise on this site and got it started.
Look at the plugs. If they have gas on them your engine is flooded. Clean the plugs and leave the plugs out and turn the engine over for a few minutes (car is outside isn't it? Don't leave the plugs connected to the wires and close to the engine as thats a fire hazard!) Squrt some oil in each plug hole or down the cab. Replace plugs, try to start. It took me three times to get mine started. You will probible have to recharge your batt. a lot between turning the engine over. Best to do this at night as the people living next door to me almost called the fire dept as there was so much smoke.

Yes they did, by the dealer when they couldn't sell them. Stock sunroof is a GSL, you can tell by the screw **** to raise the roof and they have an air deflector inside that looks like a big sunvisor. The aftermarket ones have neither. The S is the basest and lightest model of all. It has no badging at all. Some of the early GS's didn't have badging either.
