Car hesitates in part throttle

Carb: stock Nikk, !emssions, and no choke ****

Runs great as soon as the secondaries kick in, (mech btw) but runs like **** and has no power at part throttle any load situation, even no load(sitting in driveway)

fuel pressure with holley blue is set at 2.25ish, at 3pis was running pretty rich

if you're saying that it idles like crap and runs like crap in the lower RPM, then it sounds to me like you just need to adjust the idle mixture. however, if you failed to mention something in your description of symptoms, then it may be more complicated than that.

no it idles fine, a lil high for my likins but i set the mixture 4 turns out.

at the part throttle any load condition, the car stumbles and hesitates, driving the car it makes little to no power, untill the upper extent of the primaries then it runs great.

SOunds like you got the mech secondaries wired to open too early, or you just got a heavy right foot.

just a suggestion ... but if you have a good performance exhaust system (including a header) then try advancing the lead timing 2* and see if it changes anything for the better.
