Can someone recommend a fuel system set up for Holley Carb?

Looking for fuel pump, regulator and gauge set up for 1980 RX-7 which will get a racing beat set up. I know RB recommends the Mallory pump and reg but is there a cheaper and quiet alternative? I do not want to end up with an extremely lod pump either.
Thanks

Thanks, I did see the Summit and it seems like many reviews say how loud it is so I wanted to avoid it.

Another set of questions:
So I removed all of the emissions stuff. There are 4 lines coming out of the gas tank. I assume one is the supply, other is return and not sure what the other one is. If I go with a new fuel delivery system, do I just need the supply and return? Do I delete the pulsation dampener?
Thanks

mr. gasket pump on an 83 12a w/ 465cfm holley. can't hear it, works great, and no need for regulator.

Cool, thanks.. One thing I wonder if why RB recommends a super high flow pump? If the engine might need 20gph why do they recommend a 90 gph pump? Seems like a $200 high flow pump is overkill for these motors?

I'm running the mallory one rb suggest and its really quite. I haven't had any problem running out of fuel either, even holding it on the floor through every gear on the hwy.I'm also running rb exhaust and Holley set-up.
