I have fixed horrible rot on a few FB's now but the last time was probably 7 or 8 years ago. Nobody that I could find made rear patch panels, so I made my own, but it's a lot of time and work.

Does anyone make them now? The car I'm restoring needs both of the spot welded on inner fender pieces (beside the storage bins) and if I could buy the suspension reinforcement side piece that would save me some time too.

The upper and lower panel are the pieces I'm looking for.

 

you'd have to take them off of a parts car. i don't know any company that makes them.

Maybe I should look into having some made. it seems to me like they are ALL rotten.

 

since its not on the outside, and the shapes aren't complex, i think people just fab stuff

 

I wonder if wheelhouse panels for early Mustangs could be made to work. They're readily available and relatively cheap.
