Hey everyone Ive got a 84 gsl and this vaccum line is pluged off on my car! Where does it run to after it comes out of that cylinder and is it important? Thanks

 

ok the small one goes to the emissions rack,the big one goes down to the rear of the intake manifold.

 

Do you know which part of the emissions rack it hooks to?

 

Number 2 AAV? Search on "rats nest" for diagrams. Also should be a sticker on your hood.

The mushroom-shaped thing it's coming from is the #2 Anti-Afterburn Valve (either "AAV" or "AAB Valve" depending on where you look).

It goes to the rat's nest, to an opening that's off towards the firewall.

That small line goes around the back of the carb and fastens to the rearmost hard line on the rats nest. The hard line is about 3 inches long and points towards the passenger side of the firewall.
