12a Camdens are a little tougher to locate.

I could use a 5" Camden. I could always swap the FD manifold to an old style 4 port. If the guy was only asking 500 for it, I'd get it.

I don't recommend it. If it's been run with the -10, or -11 pulley it's gonna need new seals and probably a full rebuild plus you need to buy the idler mount as well, it's not in the pictures. I can pull an instant 18 psi with a -10 on my 7" but it heats up like crazy and the belt squeals quick too. I get 7 psi out of a -6 pulley right now with no heat issues.
