Is there anyone that exlusively sells modified 12As?

How much would a streetported one cost? Doesn't the price go down if it's been modified?

I have like $420 and my engine is running really crappy, so it's time for a new one. I figure I could kill 2 birds with one stone by buying an already-modified one.

Has anyone done this and are there any good sources for this?

 

well, i don't know about sources for modded 12A's, but i just want to issue a brotherly word of caution ... buying a "used" engine that's already modded can be a blessing or a seriously expensive curse. i understand not having enough money, and having a NEED can make anything seem quite tempting, but just be VERY leary of some sellers ...

$420 isn't much for a modded engine... i would try and see how much you can get a rebuild for. Used engines can be problems or blessings.
