Have RX-7, will restore
iTrader: (91)
this will get you started: https://www.rx7club.com/1st-generation-specific-1979-1985-18/1st-gen-rx-7-faq-page-237777/
also, you'll want to look for inner wheel well and lateral link(lower control arm) mounting rust, coolant condition, look for oil leaks, and minor brittle interior components. a previous maitenance record is a good thing to have. if you are mechanically inclined(which i hope you are if you plan on enjoying your 7 to the fullest extent) you'll want to perform a compression test on the engine to find out the internal condition of the engine. there are plenty of common things that go bad on the 7. however, with some bargaining, these minor annoyances can score you a nice 7 for a good price.
