Check out this eBay item. Buy a running 12a, and the car is yours for free. Currently $300, and 0 bids. It's located in MERIDIAN, MS. It's an '84 GSL, and it doesn't look half bad from the pics.

Look at the pretty sticker on the back that says GSL that means it has disc rear brakes.. you can aslo see them in the picture they look pretty damn rusted..

"a hard to find good running 12a engine".... hard to find? I've got one in my car! I can pick another one up in short order if I need one... but the price is right


And pretty damn rusted or not, you still get the LSD rear end and after changing the rotors, calipers, pads, and hardware kit you should be good to go I'd like to get my hands on a parts car like that for mine. Swap out the LSD for my open-diff, and keep it running enough to get parts out of. Hell, an extra engine and disc switchover, I'd pay for that. :P Too bad I don't live anywhere near there and my Visa is already crying out from x-mas pains.

what? I have 4 wheel disc (gsl)...is that LSD? what is LSD? what is my bolt pattern then, is the god forsaken 4X110 as i always thought it is or is it the more common 4X100?

LSD is Limited Slip Differential, yes you have one. You also have the godforskaed bolt pattern, only the SE's came with the more common

well good and bad news..aighty thanks pedestrian. So i know of the koning k-1s and the panasports is there anyting else out there? or is it worth doing the Se hub switch?
