Bumper prep

I'm in the process of painting my '82 and I've come to the point of prepping the bumpers, the only problem is I've never had any success painting plastic stuff; it always peels after a while.

any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric

I have a great paint supplier, that paints too, many don't. I get most of my advice from him. They know the product, and if they do the the work, they know the process too.
