building fb drift mobile
trying to build an fb drift car, starting with a 84 gsl, anybody know where or even if a coilover setup is available, also what size of a nitrous kit would you use on a stock 12a, just need that lil bit of juice to help the tires spin, and anyone know where to get new rear end gears, like 3.73's or 4.44's?

Ground control weld on coilover kit
Front: Eibach 700/400/250= 7in,400lb,2.5in springs
Koni 86series front strut
ReSpeed Camber plates
Ground Control front Sway bar
Rear: Tokico Blues, Eibach springs 250lb, 2 deadcoils cut
MOSER Engineering -se axles
SPW TYPE4 steering wheel
Future:
Kaaz 1.5 LSD
Re-Speed R&P Steering kit
Get away from a stock 12a for Drifting, you need alot of speed or wet pavement to get it to slide, especially if you have stock suspension.
Wet is your friend till you get at least 150-175hp to the wheels.
Search on FB, 1stGen drifting, there's some stuff on the forum about this subject.

my last gsl-se worked really well for drifting, although it had good drivers (not me!)
eibach springs
illuminas
light flywheel, s4 engine block and RB streetport exhaust, were power mods
the diff was pretty tight
and it was just riding on tiger paws or something.
it was a mild setup, but very balanced and a lot of FUN

Church doughnuts.....impressive, was that in 3rd gear?
I thought this was a drifting thread not a quick burn and run?
Track time is the only way to learn and do drifting....unless you live in the hinterlands with a roundabout on your commute home at midnight..LOL
Never drift on the street, you will hurt your car!
Coilovers and rear lowering springs is the only way to be consistent with your drifting(PanHard is the ultimate). I used Racing beat springs(CG too high) and they were not stiff enough for high speed drifting...doughnuts are fine, not 3rd gear doing 50mph sideways.

im not saying that i can drift, i was just giving a warning about donuts in a parking lot, and i was also saying that you have a considerable ammount knowledge pertaining to drifting. so he can take your advice without worrying about it.
