Sorry to hear that happened. You will most likely have to drill out the broken stud and re-tap, (small right angle drill).

did the bolt shear off? can you get the other nuts off the suds? if so take the nuts off pull the manifold off and with what material ledt on the stud go purchase a stud remover they are cheap and work off the same principle as a monkey wrench only your leverage is a 3/8 socket wrench. or you can try good ol vise grips but me id use my stud remover. if this works you wont need another stud you can use an actuall bolt that is course threded and your good to go.

When I broke my stud, I used Indian Head Shellac Gasket Compound to make the seal. Had to coat both pieces, allow to dry overnight, and then assemble. It worked!!

Later the stud was removed with vice grips, counter clockwise.

this also happened to me, i was able to get two out with vise grips ( and a slightly warmed engine helps) and the other two i tacked ( welded) a nut to them and got them out with a rachet

I was just about to say use vice grips. It can be a tedious process but if you do not have a welder it is a great way to get broken bolts out! good work!

The exhaust bolts are removable, they twist out, if there is any showing then remove the manifold and chisel that bitch out .....
