TN Bridgestone Potenza RE71 tires

Anyone have a lead on where to get them stateside? I did find a company in Canada that had them. The last set that I bought was in `91.

I am looking for a set of 195/60 R14 tires.

Need a speed rated tire as I am running a turbo system in my 1st gen.

those were designed for the FC, apparently, or the FC toe control was setup to use those.

i thought that they got superseded by the RE050?

They are obsolete. I used to use them on an audi Quattro, mighty nice high speed rain tire back then.
Get some Falkens or BFGs . I was lucky to get a set of michelins in thAt size at SAMs club last year. They may still have some, but it's been discontinued.
Technology has made all tires better today.

Yeah, RE050's aren't bad tires. Don't get GO-19 tires.

You don't want old stock tires; they don't last half as long as fresh new ones.

I used to have those back in the ninetys and actually up to about 4-5 years ago. Sure do miss
em. They were as close to a Hoosier as a street tire could get. Really nice break away and never
squealed. They got old enough that I really had to replace them and by then 13 performance
street tires were non-existent.
