break noise

break noise

i got a quick question if anyone can help me out.. when i hit my break more than a slight push it makes a wierd rubbing/rusting grind sound.. any ideas??

your "brakes" need cleaning, and or new pads, possibly new rotors. spray the rotors with brake cleaner, look at the pad thickness, and for any scoring, etc.

hey i have an idea, instead of hearing a noise and posting here to get what ppl might think it is, why don't u just pull the wheels off and look for urself? it's time to replace the pads/shoes, depending on front/rear. depending on how bad, u may also need rotors/drums.

why not just pull them off and look huh? no crap? dont think i thought of that? my mom just got divorced so we had to move i dont have a jack or ANY tools.. so i wanna know what u think before i act... ty for ur guy's insight.
