Thumbs down Bought new brake rotors?

I just purchasded f/r brake rotors from cquencemotorsports on e-bay. They sent an email confirming my order for rotors for a1981-1995 Mazda rx7. How can that be? The dates span three generations of rx. Has anyone used these guys? what do I do? They havn't responded to my emails. please if anyone has any suggestions, let me know.

I haven't had any experience with them, but maybe it is just a typo. They probably meant 1981-1985, although the '84-'85 GSL-SE does use different rotors than the 12A cars. Hopefully they will send you the correct ones. If not, I hope you have good luck resolving the problem to your satisfaction. I really hate it when companies to not bother to communicate with you. It is just bad customer service on their part.

If i remember correctly ... it says somewhere on their site or something that they carry from 81-95 and that you have to send them an email letting them know which model you have so that they would send you that one.

I did email them my info, but it said they would ask for info before end of transaction. and yes I'm talking about the cross drilled/slotted rotors so if they send me the ones for a 12a then thats a good thing. The cquencemotorsports web site is down right now and I had a hard time emailing them atfirst ( something about their being able to read address code0 I don't know Guess I'll just pray for some good luck. Car has been parked for a couple monthsdue to brakes and lack of money. Raising three kids and restoring a rx7 is tough on the wallet. Its an addicting car and good parts arn't cheep. So Iguess when I found them I got a little excited and rushed through it. Thanks.

Im the guy that bought them, Check your paypal payment info it should have Pauls phone number. Be sure you tell him what type of car you have 12a or 13b. They did initially send me the 13b brake rotors. Kinda felt sorry for the guy cause he didnt notice the remarks and the email I sent stating what car I have. So he ended up paying for a 30+ lbs package to be shipped three times. Maybe he'll pay more attention next time. Talking about killing your profit margin. They look great havn't installed them yet waiting on bearings and pads, hopefully will have them in next week.

If you didnt pay via paypal PM me and I will give you the number

All is good! Icontacted the sales manager and he now has the correct info. It was my fault for rushing through the order and not making sure the right questions were asked. So much time spent just to make my car stop.thanks this forum has been a lot of help. Glad to be part of it.
