The pipe sidewall is about 1/8" (.120), I was trying to find something that was already here locally in about 1/16" but no dice so i opted out for this. But that was my original plan to do it out of 1/16". If it wasn't my daily driver I would of ordered the stuff in and waited.

 

Thanks for the youtube clips and glad it's working out. I'd repack that magnaflow too.

 

So it is thickwall? Back to the drawing board.

Maybe I can find some 3" thickwall locally?

 

If you can't find anything ... send me a PM and i might be able to get one shipped out to you. As for the magnaflow, that might have to wait till later on this year as i'd like to redo the whole exhaust piping and have it replaced with mandrel bent tubing.
