PA Bolt size for lower fan shroud

Can anyone tell me the proper bolt size for the lower fan shroud. Both my lower bolts are missing. I tried to install a bolt which fit the upper hole but the bolt was too small. I tried it on both sides with the same result. I'm surprised that two different sizes would be used. However, I'd be even more surprised if something caused the lower hole on both sides to somehow become enlarged.

It's not a bolt, nor is the hole threaded. You're missing two weird plastic things you push in.

What is a solution? Uh, for now maybe a zip tie.

10mm hex head bolt = m6x1.0
12mm hex head = m8x1.25
14mm hex head = m10x1.5 OR m10x1.25

this is consistantly what I've noticed, & JIS standard etc etc for mazda cars of this era. Likely they're M6's.

Any chance you have a part number for the weird plastic thing?

Yeah they are plastic push-inc fasteners, available at partshouse. In the past, i have used a license plate plastic or metal clip like these.

Is this what the stock part should look like:

The stock one is kind of funny. It's more like this.
