Well, Partner,

Your bolt pattern is 110mm. Not much around in that measurement, though some companies still produce 'em Panasport for example.
I was lucky enough to find a '83 LE in a local yard and run away with the "BBS" style 14" wheels and the glass sunroof...Heh, heh, heh...(Felt like a Bandito)

Read that the Ford rims fit, but haven't seen any yet.

Denny, from the 'ol corncrib...

The Ford rims will fit a GSL-SE only, 4 on 4.5" pattern. And the Fords that have this same pattern are the old 1960's and early 70's Falcons, early 6 cyl Mustangs, Maverick's, etc. The 4 lug wheels on newer Fords (Mustang, Pinto, etc.) are 4 on 4.125". Don't even bother trying to find those old wheels to save some bucks, they're too narrow, with too much positive offset. Not to mention obscure.

There is another alternative that you can look at. What I wanted was to keep the stock axles and brakes/diffs and yet use 16" KOSEI racing wheels. I did this by designing spacers. These spacers had to be machined very carefully and I had 2 bolt patterns drilled into the spacers.
First I had to build a 'mock up' of the strut assembly along with the axle and brakes. Take measurements for clearance and offset and then machine the spacers, or as I like to call them - Adapters.
These adapters now have both the 110 mm bolt pattern, which bolt directly onto the stock axle and the 2nd bolt pattern of the wheel that I purchased.
They look absolutely fantastic. I had to trim out the inside of the fender wells for ultimate clearance since I also lowered the car with Racing Beats lowering springs.
I'll try and post some pictures of the process. The process to get the machining done is very time consuming and it's not cheap. You want to use a stainless steel with torque tolerances so that you don't loose your wheels flying down the road doing 130mph.
Not a pretty thought.

The cost that I incurred to get the drawings and machining done was $950 cdn right here in Winnipeg. Not exactly cheap but that's what I get for trying to keep stock with some added performance. Here's a look at my ride.

Thumbs up

I'm not sure if you have one in Winipeg but Big-O-Tires in, Victoria BC sells wheel adapters for $400CDN for the set of 4. You can choose between 4x100 or 4x114.3 as your new pattern. After the addition of the 3/4 inch adapters you can use any common FWD application rims, ie. Civic ones, their offset is perfect. Just incase there is no Big-O in Winnipeg the number for the Victoria store that quoted them for me is (250)384-7477. There is a smaller chain shop in Victoria called SHC Autographics and they sell a set of 4 adapters for $360CDN!!! their number is (250)360-2209, but try 1-800-360-2209 first I think they have toll free.

well i have seen and heard of people puttong mid to early 80's mushstang rims on 110mm cars. the ford had a 108mm pattern, its basiclly easy ...slightly bend the stunds on your car(bad) but if its not a racer it should hold up pretty good
