blinker problem

After replacing my dash, my hatch release button didn't work. Later I realized that my blinkers didn't work either. So I checked and a fuse was completely done, so I swapped it. Now my hatch release button works, but my blinkers are still not working. They are on the same fuse, so I don't know what is up. Does anyone have any ideas to what the problem could be?

Also, the car doesn't seem to want to start, just cranks a lot. I highly doubt that this is related, but if anyone has any reason to think that it could be I would like to hear it. Thanks in advance.
John

I had the same problem and no joke... just give the fuse box a kick. Trust me it works!

Actually I was wrong, when I turn the blinkers on, it makes both set come on, it's like turning on the hazard lights. I don't have the front bumper on, so the front blinkers are not connected. Could this be the problem? Thanks again.

Please help, I need to drive this car to the body shop tomorrow, but don't want to do it with no blinkers. (not to mention if the car will even start!)

Also, when I hit the brakes, both blinker lights on the guage cluster come on and stay on. What is going on?

Alright,

I just went through the same ordeal.

Check your fuses, especially the ones you'd least expect it. Go over all of them!

Thanks,
Eric

I did check my fuses, but still have problems. What could this be. What did I screw up?

Checked those, as far as I can tell they look fine. Any other ideas. Thanks Unsupa and Pelezo. Keep throwing ideas out there. So nobody thinks that this could be related to me having my front blinkers off? I was hoping it would be sonething simple like that.

Well,

I'm probably the newest person here to RX-7's so I'm stumped, hell; it took me an hour last night of checking fuse links just to find out it was a simple fuse in the fuse box.

Sorry!

Thanks,
Eric
