best street set up for 12a.. 13b?

I just car my car a few weeks ago and I found a 85 gls-se engine. I am running a 12a stock except its stripted of its airpump, rats nest, AC and soon the clutch fan(as soon as I figure out where to wire the electric fan,any clues?) ohh and its also got posi rear.

What would produce the best power output? and with what set up? I am hopeing to put down atleast 200 the cheaper hope I don't get stoped for excessive noise polution way.

Just go the current thread 'What is the best option for a 200rwhp daily driver' which good ideas. Do you really have a 12A iengine as the se normally came with the 13B? Makes a big difference in your options.

As said previously it really depends how much you are willing to spend and do the work yourself. The first thing if you are serious is either get a good engine or rebuild the present 12A.
