Firstly:What will the car be used for?Weekend fun?Or daily driving?
I agree with the plugs Jon Valjean recommended.They will work good.
If you have the money,and it`s not used on the street.I recommend :R6725-11.5.They are made by NGK and should NOT be used on the street.

It's my sunny day ride, is the R6725-11.5. more of a track plug?

If your going to use it on the road,then the R6725-11.5 is not the correct choice.Its way to cold,and will fouling allmost instantly.
It is indeed a race plug,and only works good when the engine is revved high the whole time.You can Try B9egv on leading and b10ev on trailing.It should work good.I used B10ES (Its a 2 stroke plug).Worked very well,allthough their not surface discharge.They are allso cheap
They key is to achieve a cold as possible plug,without it fouling when used.
