Best place is here on the forum or find a Turbo II parts car with the motor, trans, ecu, and wiring

I would look locally for a complete TII car so you can tear it out to begin with, so you know where everything came from and goes. Or try talking to local importers to see if they can get you a Jspec setup.

If you're going carb, why not build your own? Just use SE housings and 12A irons. You can use any 13B rotating assembly you want. Or just find the Turbo II shortblock and a trans

Best bet if you were gonna keep the tII factory would be to find a tII parts car, thats what i did. If you really wanna carb it you just need the motor and tranny. Most of the emission crap can be removed.
