beehive and gen 2 oil cooler

i have a gen 2 oil cooler to fit to the car (S3), i currently have a behive water/air cool set up, question is would it hurt to have both and just connect the cooler to the back of the behive and front plate

the beehive does absolutly nothing, just ditch it and run your FC oil cooler.

way better, more reliable and youu wont have to worry about the stupid thing (behive) leaking all the freakin time. Trochoids(or vipernicus)' tutorial about the fc cooler into first gen. pretty easy install and easy to follow.

Wasn't me, definitely trochoid. In fact, when he removed his beehive for the tutorial, he powdercoated it and sent it to me so that I'd have a very bling beehive until my FMOC swap!

haha a bling'd out beehive, that sounds funny.

Truth is, i never had a problem with my beehive, but replaced it with a FMOC.

Besides the increased reliability and performance, it really cleans up the engine

Thanks guys, never had a problem with mine (Dont have a oil temp gauge either) but i know the oil cooler is much better, will fit a temp gauge under the oil filter while im there
