Battery Mount!?!?!?!?

My car doesn't have a latching device or anything to hold down the battery. It doesn't take much to move the battery so I need to strap it down some how. Anybody have any suggestions on what I should do?

buy a mount from mazdatrix, find one in the junkyard, or else use a bungee cord

Check here: Battery Hold Downs so you know what to look for. There's a hole near the battery just forward of the radiator where one piece hooks in and lays on top of the battery. The other piece hooks to the bottom of the battery tray and you bolt the top piece to this vertical side rod.

You can get the factory battery bracket from Mazda for like $15. Here are the Mazda P/Ns:

FA54-56-030A - Hold down
0613-65-857A - J Bolt
2113-54-295 - Battery Tray

Is that the plastic tray or the actual sheet metal piece that bolts to the inner fender?? Mine has corroded over time from the acid and the holes for the hold-down are becoming weak.. VB doesn't sell fb trays..
