how do you pull out the back windows the side ones

There is 1 10mm head nut on the inside, retainer clip at the point on the outside held on by a phillips head screw.

And some very strong thin wire and cut the glue between the glass and body.

I break 85% of the ones I try to take out.

Yea pull the nut and the take off the clip, Use a razor knife to cut a spot to put the wire, Last one I did, I took the Hot start assist cable appart, niped the ends and used vice grips on each end. Get some on the inside and saw back and forth. When you get to where the nut was there is a stud there. Find a way to go around it.
