autometer oil pressure Installation?

where can I install the probe on the autometer oil pressure gauge?

Depending on whether you have the beehive oil cooler (under the oil filter) or not, there are a couple options. You can drill/tap the banjo bolt that hooks the return oil line to the rear of the engine, or you can buy an oil filter adapter block that has holes drilled for the oil pressure fitting. The block will not work if you have the beehive.

Oil Adapters Just scroll down to the bottom, they have a few different ones you can choose from.

Take out the factory one use a metric to 1/8" adaptor and you golden.

Cut the 'button' off of the oem mushroom sender, tap the 'stalk' with 1/8" NPT.

Ends up looking just like the adapter in the pic. You sacrifice the oem sender.
