Auto tranny removal... Help!!

Hello All! Got a dumb question probably... Anyway I am trying to remove a tranny from an '85 GSL and the bolts/rubber washers that go though and around the crossmember into the bottom of the car body turn with the nut! This happens on both sides and it doesn't feel broken. Can't figure out how to loosen these nuts so I can let her down... Help me! What am I missing? Thanx!

They are not nuts, they are bolts. If I remember correctly, the washer is part of the bolt. The rubber bushings are two piece and are probably just frozen to the bolt, which doesn't hurt anything. Just makes it a little harder to the the bolt out.

Hmm.... Sounds kinda weird... Could anyone lend me any information on how to get them out? do I just keep turning the whole bolt/washer assembly? Will they eventually come out? It doesn't seem to be lowering the tranny at all... Thanx!
