how can i streetport my 12a??
i looked in the search forum but what i found was not specific.i heard that you can streetport the engine yourself??
how??
what do i need??
what can this cost me??
do i need a rebuid kit and will i need new housings???
if possible does anybody have the whole procedure::
i own a 1981 12a.that has been upgraded to a 1983 motor due to bad apex seals in the 1981 motor.i also upgraded toa 85 -5 speed tranny, i have removed my a.c. completely.i have installed a dynomax exhaust as well as accel cables wiring.new ngk plugs,new oil,filter.new suspension..front cartridges,new rear shocks.new polyurethane bushings all around.new ball joints..momo steering wheel.new seats as well as door panels.1200 watt stereo system.12" kenwood DB series sub powered by a 1200 watt CRUNCH amp.2 6x9 3way speakers.new kenwood tweeters.kenwood cd deck that has seruis installed.the car gets local attention pretty well

I used a dremel, and I also had a template, which you'll need to get from RB or MZTX, or just copy a port from a ported engine like I did. I've got RB style, and extend style which will go into the water jacket on some side plates. Gotta be careful.
