Anyone Want a Dellorto Carb Setup...Or Two?

I fount these on Ebay, I dont know if they are the same Dellorto setups people here are talking about and I dont know if this is a good price or not, I just thought Id let everyone know I found these...Oh and by the way, if anyone here buys a set of these carbs, I have dibs on at least one setup, I will buy them from you, I just want at least one setup. Thanks .

the prices are ok. youd need the manifolds, racing beat. theyre all 40's, though. good for a street port, bigger than that you might need more fuel. i bought a 48 for my car.

Those Dells are all way too small for any rotary. Plus, you cant really take any DHLA 48 and drop it on a rotary... specific modifications are needed to the carb itself to make it work.

you could run two of them on a Twm manifold. Thats my plan for my SP 13b.

2 carbs is better than 1

An average use stockport rotary works best with 48 DHLA carbs with ~39mm venturies. Again, 40 is much too small. There's no point in using these... you'll be making less power than a Nikki. Plus, you'll have a hell of a time trying to get them to work properly since they havent been modified for a rotary in the first place.

RXcetera is right, I got some 48 side drafts and they're the way to go, they drop my quarter time by a good 2 seconds.
