Anyone use 15" 2nd Gen wheels on their 1st Gen?

Title says it all... I'm wondering how the 2nd gen "bologna slicer" wheels would look on a 1st gen. I've seen the "telephone dial" wheels on the 1st gen and it's not a geat match, but I think the slicers would look pretty good. Anyone?

What bolt pattern are you talking about, last time I checked 2nd gen wheels did not fit any 12a RX-7. (4x100mm)

...the GSL-SE has 4x110mm.

Perhaps the was an adapter or a wheel hub swap to make them fit.

Sorry... I forgot to add that it would be on the GSL-SE hubs... I had assumed that they would firt on the SE. Am I wrong? I'm not an expert on the 2nd gen by any means, but I thought they had the same lug pattern as the 1st Gen SE...

Someone had a brain fart...

12A cars has 4x110mm which was only shared by other early Mazdas, and a handful of 60's Corollas.

GSL-SEs had 4x4.5" (4x114.3mm if you MUST use Metric) which was used on 4-lug FCs (the baloney slicers are 5-lug) and a ton of other cars from practically every make.

Well... that explains why I've seen the 2nd gen "dials" on 1st gens SEs, and not the slicers. Didn't realize they were 5 lug. I did warn that I was 2nd Gen Challenged!

god damit that is the second time I said the GSL-SEs' bolt pattern is 4x110.

Sorry about that. I know the bolt size is, I just have no idea why I keep typing 4x110.
