Is anyone running 225/50/16 in the rear?

Buying some tires after having my wheels for a year.

From my test fitting it looks as if it will, can anyone confirm.

Please read my sig for my suspension setup

Mine's something like that. I'm thinking 250/50/17, but I know absolutely NOTHING about tires, and I'm sure that could be COMPLETELY wrong

285? Is that with a wide body kit? What is the offset and backspacing on the wheels to run that wide of a tire?

I run 225/45/16, and they are awesome. You may need to curl you wheelwells.

its kind of funny tho... i can understand the v8 guy up there wanting to use wider tires in back, but for the rotary guys, the ideal setup for handling in these cars is just the stock 195/60R13's... if i were to drag my car, i'd have an extra set of rims for the back to have wider tires.... course if u widebody, it'd look kinda goofy to only use those wide tires at the drags lol

I have some 13" Mickey Thompson drag radials for those special occasions. Will post pics later, they look out of place on that car for some reason.
